Meet Dr. Erin
Erin Glynn, Ph.D. is an expert in metabolism, exercise physiology, weight management, and metabolic disease, with over 30 published research articles in these fields. After a decade conducting academic research in these areas, Erin transitioned to researching and developing dietary supplements and health programs. Dr. Glynn founded Nuchi Health in 2023 to educate consumers and health practitioners on the latest science-based recommendations for nutrition, fitness, longevity, and wellness.
Erin received her bachelor of science degree in exercise physiology from Texas A&M, followed by her PhD in the Department of Preventive Medicine & Community Health (now Population Health Sciences) at the University of Texas Medical Branch. Her graduate work focused on how exercise, protein, and carbohydrate intake influence muscle protein metabolism at the cellular level, and how these tools can be used to improve muscle health in both healthy and aging populations.
Dr. Glynn completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Duke University's Stedman Nutrition & Metabolism Center, part of the Duke Molecular Physiology Institute. She researched nutrition and exercise-based interventions related to obesity and type 2 diabetes using metabolomics - an approach to identify biomarkers of disease incidence, severity, and progression, & the mechanisms of metabolic diseases.
Erin has spent the last 8 years in R&D roles for dietary supplement companies. She has led company initiatives and development for multi-million dollar brands, directed and published clinical trials, established research labs, and led an international R&D team.

Founder Dr. Erin Glynn brings a wealth of knowledge from an extensive background in exercise physiology, human metabolism, metabolic disease, nutrition, basic and clinical research, and all facets of dietary supplements from ideation and formulation to regulatory and manufacturing.
Dr. Glynn is also available to serve on company advisory boards in the health and wellness industry. She currently serves on the scientific advisory board for Unicity International, a dietary supplement company focused on metabolic health products.

Dr. Glynn is available as an expert speaker for live events, virtual appearances,

In past leadership roles, Dr. Glynn developed and delivered consumer trainings on health topics and products, including stage presentations to audiences over 10,000 people.
