Welcome to the Healthy Habits Showdown!

1. Contest Overview

The Healthy Habits Showdown (the “Contest”) is a bracket-style competition where participants vote daily on matchups between health-related practices, foods, or fitness methods. Every vote cast counts as an entry into a random drawing for a $200 gift card.

2. Eligibility

• Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18+ at the time of entry.
• Employees, affiliates, or partners of Nuchi Health and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) are not eligible.
• No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited.

3. Contest Period

• Contest begins on March 5 and ends on April 5.
• Votes will be collected daily via Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

4. How to Enter

• Participants must follow the Nuchi Health account and can vote once per day, per social platform. In other words, participants can vote on all 3 social platforms and earn up to 3 entries per day.
• Each vote = one entry into the cash prize drawing.
• Bonus Entries: Participants can earn additional entries by tagging friends in comments or sharing contest posts (specific guidelines provided in post captions).

5. Winner Selection & Notification

• At the end of the contest, one (1) winner will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries.
• Winner will be notified via direct message (DM) on the platform their entry was selected from within 48 hours and must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize.
• If the winner does not respond within the required timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected.
• Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. Prize Details

• Grand Prize: $200 awarded via gift card.
• No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of the prize is permitted, except at the Sponsor’s discretion.
• The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes or fees associated with accepting the prize.

7. Publicity & Rights

By participating, entrants agree that Nuchi Health may use their name, likeness, and submitted content (e.g., comments, shared posts) for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

8. General Conditions

• Nuchi Health reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of fraudulent activity, tampering with the entry process, or violating contest rules.
• Nuchi Health is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected entries due to technical issues, including but not limited to internet failures, platform outages, or software malfunctions.
• If, for any reason, the contest is unable to run as planned due to tampering, fraud, or technical failures, Nuchi Health reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest.

9. Limitation of Liability

• By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Nuchi Health, its affiliates, partners, employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in this contest.
• Nuchi Health does not provide any warranties or guarantees regarding the prize and is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury associated with prize acceptance or use.

10. Compliance with Platform Rules

• This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, or any other platform.
• By entering, participants agree to comply with Instagram, TikTok and Facebook’s terms of service and community guidelines.

11. Governing Law

The Contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations of the United States and the State of Utah. Any disputes will be resolved under the laws of Utah.
